"The only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating is when they did call me back they were nice and were helpful. The reason for the two star rating is THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I made a 4pm DMV appointment for a new vehicle I bought. I called at roughly 11:30am that morning to set up insurance and have proof of insurance for the DMV and they did not call me back till 3:50pm which I already canceled my appointment because of no return call. I was tired of them never answering the phone and changed agencies."

"I worked at GEICO for 14 years before meeting Chip Beake. I understand that agents do not make the insurance rates, so you're picking your agents because they are someone with whom you can develop a genuine relationship. My daughter has totaled out two cars in less than one year. Even though Chip wasn't her insurance agent at the time of those incidents, he reached out immediately to check in on both my daughter and me. His ability to inject humor into tough situations is unparalleled. His sarcastic wit somehow manages to lift our spirits, which is especially needed when your daughter drives like the Dukes of Hazzard. Beyond his role as an insurance agent, Chip is an incredibly interesting individual. Without giving away too much, his life before becoming an insurance agent is filled with fascinating stories and valuable life advice. He's what you might call a "cool cat" - equally at home at a Comic Con or cheering on at a CSU game. Moreover, his dedication to his family is truly commendable. In summary, Chip isn't just an insurance agent; he's someone who genuinely cares about his clients, offering both laughter and valuable insights. He's more than a professional; he's become a friend. Once my daughter gets another car, I'm sending her to Chip for insurance (apologizes in advance, Chip) because I know he will be honest with a dash of humor."

"I tried multiple times to get in contact with Chip and his agency to discuss an issue with my policy and some questions about it via text, email, AND multiple calls and voicemails; however, I never received responses to anything except my first attempt, when i missed a call on September 6th from the agency. That was the last time I reached anyone, until today. Over the two weeks preceding today, I made 17 calls at various times during their office hours, including leaving several voicemails asking for someone (ANYONE!) to please contact me ASAP, as well as sending several additional texts and emails. When I finally got someone to answer the phone today, and I asked Sheila about the lack of contact from the agency after I confirmed with her their receipt of my last text, she first avoided and ignored the question entirely. I politely and calmly asked again and was told she "had tried to call a few times" - but when I attempted to verify if she had tried to leave any voicemails (as I have no new missed calls from their agency after the 6th and no voicemails left for me from anyone at their agency), she proceeded to tell me she "was too busy for me, and didn't have time to deal with my questions," and that she "refused to go in circles with me," hanging up on me as I was saying she'd made herself clear and that I hoped she had a good evening. After having been with Chip and his agency for almost a decade, this extremely unprofessional conduct, especially by a member of his staff in addition to the lack of contact by the agency, is highly disappointing."
